"My Heart's in the Highlands" is a Scottish song and poem written in 1789 by Scottish poet Robert Burns:

My heart's in the Highlands, my heart is not here,

Farewell to the Highlands, farewell to the North,
The birth-place of Valour, the country of Worth ;
